Once your venue & wedding date is confirmed, I am involved from the beginning of your planning journey, t ensure you are on-track right from the start.

We build and design your full wedding day, with the layout and decor planned for each space of your venue. You will know each next step throughout your planning, and feel in-touch with each decision made.

I am passionate about not only the appearance of your wedding day, but also how you and your guests will experience the day. Your wedding is planned with feel and flow at the centre of every moment.

With plans created, I source the ideal suppliers and work collaboratively with them to execute your wedding vision.

I’m a strong believer in fostering great relationships with suppliers, which is something I have been prioritising throughout my wedding career to build the network of wonderful wedding professionals I have today.

Your wedding suppliers aren’t limited to those I have worked with before and I love working with new people. I search out the suppliers best suited to both you and your wedding day.

I manage your budget to ensure each penny is spent intentionally on what matters most to you both on your wedding day, and there are no areas where you are spending where it isn’t needed.

I manage all of your supplier logistics. Specific requirements (meals, space, power etc), set-up plans, and timelines, are all discussed and finalised in the lead-up to your wedding, to ensure a smooth supplier experience on the day.

We have regularly scheduled meetings throughout your planning journey, with a clear map to keep us on track, so you always know what we are currently working on.

We will also visit your venue together to walk through your wedding and plan out your day. We will usually have a visit at the beginning of your planning, and a visit as your wedding draws closer to visualise your plans.

With your wedding plans coming together, I create your wedding schedule. From set-up to clear-down, every element is scheduled into a detailed timeline.

Your wedding timeline is sent to all of your suppliers for their collaborative input, to guarantee each supplier is working from the same plan.

I manage the set-up the day before your wedding; coordination of supplier arrivals, and assistance of setting tables, furniture, and decor as needed.

Start your wedding celebrations off right. You’ll spend the day before your wedding greeting loved ones, steaming dresses, and soaking it in with a glass of fizz, whilst I take care of the rest.

I coordinate your wedding day in its entirety. Every element of your beautiful plans are carefully and joyfully are brought to life, and you are free to be completely present to enjoy every second of it.
