In those last couple of months leading up to your wedding, I consolidate your plans, and make sure no details have been missed, taking supplier communications off of your hands.
On the day, I bring your wedding plans to life, quietly solving problems, managing suppliers, and ushering guests. Giving you the time and mental space to truly be present on your wedding day.

Shortly after I’m on-board as your wedding coordinator, we’ll arrange a welcome meeting to discuss your current wedding plans and suppliers booked so I can understand you and your ideas. We’ll chat through your next planning steps so you feel supported right from the off.

I initially make contact with your booked suppliers to introduce myself as your wedding coordinator, and loop in new suppliers as you continue to book throughout your planning.

Depending on what stage of wedding planning you’re on when I join your supplier team, we’ll schedule in a meeting further through your planning so I stay updated and aligned with your wedding details.
You also have the option to arrange a venue visit together to walk through your wedding day as your plans take more shape.
You’ll have communication via email & Whatsapp available throughout your planning.
Around 2-months before your wedding day, we arrange a planning & handover meeting to finalise your wedding plan, following which supplier communication transfers to me, so you can focus on enjoying the lead-up to your big day!

Your wedding timeline is sent to all of your suppliers for their collaborative input, to guarantee each supplier is working from the same plan.
