Your wedding planning begins with a visit together to your marquee/tent site. We’ll plan out your marquee location, design your full wedding day, and detail your guests’ journey throughout the day.

I create a comprehensive design of your wedding day plans, shared with you collaboratively via Canva, to build your wedding vision together. Ideas are thought through and Pinterest boards brought together to curate the design of your wedding day.

Whilst appearance and aesthetics are inherently important to a marquee wedding, I keep the experience for you and your guests at the forefront of your planning. The feel and flow of your day are key to an unforgettable marquee celebration.

With your wedding ideas in place, I source each supplier best suited to execute every element of your wedding day. From toilets and sound production, to florals and photography.

Pulling from my personal experience with marquee and tent weddings, I hand select the ideal suppliers to form your wedding team. I have purposefully built an extensive network of wonderful and talented wedding suppliers. It isn’t required that I have worked with your wedding suppliers before, I love working with new people, and will always source suppliers best tailored to you and your plans!

I manage your budget to ensure each penny is spent intentionally on what matters most to you both on your wedding day, and there are no areas where you are spending where it isn’t needed.

Marquee and tent weddings naturally require a high-level of logistical oversight. With wedding locations often situated in rural and empty spaces, every scenario and base needs to be covered during our planning.

Careful consideration is given to the logistical planning for every supplier. Room plans are created, set-up is arranged, power requirements are accommodated for, timelines are built, and clear-down is scheduled.

I manage your guest list, track RSVPs and guest numbers, record dietary requirements, and create your seating plans.

We have regularly scheduled meetings throughout your planning journey, with a clear map to keep us on track, so you always know what we are currently working on.

We will visit your wedding site, usually together with your marquee/tent supplier, at the beginning of your planning, and a visit as your wedding draws closer to visualise your plans.

With your wedding plans coming together, I create your entire wedding schedule. From the first flooring laid to final glass collected, every element is scheduled into a detailed timeline.

Your wedding timeline is sent to all of your suppliers for their collaborative input, to guarantee each supplier is working from the same plan.

I am onsite for the full set-up of your wedding day; overseeing the marquee build, laying furniture and tables, arranging decorations. This can also include the coordination of any welcome event the day prior to your wedding!

Start your wedding celebrations off right. You’ll spend the day before your wedding greeting loved ones, steaming dresses, and soaking it in with a glass of fizz, whilst I take care of the rest.

I coordinate your wedding day in its entirety. Every element of your beautiful plans are carefully and joyfully are brought to life, and you are free to be completely present to enjoy every second of it.

I am back onsite the following day to coordinate the clear-down. Planning supplier de-rigs, tidying the site, and arranging hireware ready for collection.

This can also include the coordination for any events taking place the day after your wedding, such as a brunch or pool party!

An additional staff member will be alongside me for all 3 days, to assist with decor & furniture moving, guest ushering, coordinating suppliers etc.

Extra staff can be added if needed.
